Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Your Motorcycle Online

When selling your vehicle to a person living in a different regional jurisdiction, it is mandatory to have the NOC of the bike. This will help the new owner re-register the vehicle in his/her RTO.

 Vehicle Loan

While you purchase a vehicle on loan taken by the bank and want to sell it further, an NOC is needed to ensure that all dues have been cleared and the bank has no objection to the transfer of the vehicle.

 Travel

If you are travelling to a different state for a period exceeding 12 months, you are required to get NOC from the Regional Transport officer of that state.

 How to Get NOC for your Bike Online?

 Documents Required to Get NOC

  1. Application Form 28 properly filled.
  2. A certified Copy of the vehicle registration certificate.
  3. A certified copy of the certificate of insurance for the two-wheeler.

 Steps to Get NOC for your Bike Online

Step 1: Go to Official Transport Website -Parivahan Sewa by Government

Login to your dashboard on the Parivahan Sewa website. If you are a first-time user, you would need to register yourself on the website first.

Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form

There’s a tab above named Online Services on which when you click, you can find the option of Application for No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Enter the Registration number received and chassis number and click on generate OTP. Now you would need to enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number.

After submitting the OTP, click on Issue of NOC under “Service Details” in a status block on the left. Fill in the Details and press Submit.

Step 3: Upload the Documents

To upload Documentation, click on Upload Docs. Ensure you are uploading the clear and correct file.

Step 4: Paying Fee and Submitting the Application

Once the upload is complete, click on Fee Details under Service Details. If any amount appears to be pending, please pay the required amount through net banking, debit card, or other online modes available.

Step 5: Tracking and Downloading the NOC

After the payment is successfully received by the department, you will get the update and later you can successfully download the two-wheeler NOC online.
